Why teams like it

A game everyone can join in under a minute.

One link, any place

Share one link in Slack, Teams, Zoom chat, e-mail or WhatsApp. It works for remote, hybrid and in-room teams.

Just a name to join

Players type a display name and they are in. No app to download and no account.

Clear boards

A plain 3 by 3 board where three in a row wins. A spectator view and a big-screen page work for a projector or a shared video call.

Fair by design

Who plays X first comes from a sealed random seed. Its fingerprint is public before anyone joins, and the secret is shown after the start, so anyone can check the bracket. Nobody can change a draw or a result.

Every match has a winner

A drawn game is replayed at once with the marks swapped, up to 3 games. Then fate decides. The final ranking has no ties.

Your own moments

Add your logo and brand moments, such as a message or a video, for everyone to see. Great for an opening or a closing word.

Privacy by design

Guest names are erased within 24 hours of the game ending. We keep only the winners record and the organizer’s details for 365 days. We never e-mail guests and never sell data.

A report when it ends

The organizer gets a report link by e-mail a few minutes after the game ends, with a PDF to share.

Questions

Good to know

How do I set up a game?
Easiest

Option 1: use the free AI assistant

Your own AI assistant builds a draft for you from a private work link. You check it, then publish and pay.

Option 2: set it up yourself

Work in the organizer console. Pick the time, size, format and move clock.

Do players pay or install anything?

No. Players never pay and there is no app to download. They open your link and type a display name. Nothing else is asked.

Is there any prize money?

No. Players never pay and never stake money. There are no cash prizes and no betting. Any gift is supplied by the organizer, outside the product. Corporate Tic Tac Toe is software only: we never hold or pay prize money. It is for adults (18+), at company events.

Who decides the winners?

The software only. The bracket, the clocks and every result are decided on the server from a sealed random seed, and a phone sends only the square a player picked. No person, including the organizer and us, can change a draw or a result. Cheating is very hard.

How does the game play?

It is a plain 3 by 3 game. X moves first, and three of your marks in a row, in a column or on a diagonal win. A drawn game is replayed at once with the marks swapped, up to 3 games. If all three are drawn, fate decides, so every match has a winner. Every move has a clock of 10, 20, 30 or 60 seconds, chosen by the organizer. When it runs out, the software plays a square for the player. Two clock-outs in a row lose the board.

Which formats are there?

A one against one knockout bracket for a crowd, up to the size of your plan (tested with 1,000 players), or team against team with teams of 3 or 5 and one board per seat. There is also a spectator view and a big-screen page.

How is the ranking decided?

There are no ties. The order is the round reached, then total points, then points in the last match, then fate. 1st to 5th are named and a top 10 is listed, with one line saying how each tie was decided.

What if a player loses the connection?

They can open the link again and see the board as it is. The host can pause, and while the game is paused the clocks wait.

How is the organizer verified?

Through the link or the 6-digit code we send to your work e-mail. There is no password to remember.

What happens to the data?

Guest names (and mobile numbers, if asked) are erased within 24 hours after the game ends. Backups clear within 7 days. We keep the winners record and the organizer’s details for 365 days, then delete them automatically. A game that never starts is treated the same way. Corporate Tic Tac Toe is designed to follow India’s DPDP Act, the EU GDPR and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA. Read the privacy summary.

Can people in other countries play?

Yes. Anyone with the link can play on their own phone, in any country.

How it works

From setup to winners, in five steps.

One organizer sets it up in a few minutes. Players need only a phone and a link: no app to download.

  1. 1

    Create the game

Sign in with your work e-mail. Pick the time, the size, the format and the move clock. Building and publishing are free. You pay once per game, before it starts. No yearly plan.

  2. 2

    Share one link

Send it in Slack, Teams, Zoom chat, e-mail or WhatsApp, or show it on a big screen.

  3. 3

    Players join with a name

They open the link and type a display name. No app, no account.

  4. 4

    The bracket plays itself

Matches are played on phones, one move at a time, each move on a clock. Winners move up on their own.

  5. 5

    Winners and report

The software names 1st to 5th and lists a top 10. Any gift is yours to supply, outside the product. A report arrives by e-mail.

Included with every game

An AI assistant for the organizer. Free.

You get a private work link for your own AI assistant. It can build a draft, change it before the start, message guests and read the results. It cannot pay, publish, cancel, erase, pause or choose winners. Those stay with you.
